Structural Scaffold
Structural scaffolds are also referred to as suspended scaffolds or suspended platforms. They are platforms which are suspended by a non rigid material (wire ropes) from a building or an overhead structure. The supporting structure must be able to support at least four times the intended load of the scaffold while in operation. The platform can be raised or lowered to various heights using various lifting appliances. They are used as a means of reaching areas that are otherwise hard to reach.
The structural scaffold is designed with electrical control system, hoist, counter weight, suspension mechanism, platform, and safety lock.

Application of Structural Scaffold
Suspended scaffolds are used in applications that are carried out at a height in order to provide a safer and more comfortable working condition. They prevent the worker from having to deal with dangerous situations such as leaning over edges, and using ladders. They also facilitate the temporary storage of materials that are needed in immediate tasks therefore saving time and labor.

Our structural scaffold is a kind of work platforms widely used in the construction industry for a wide range of tasks. These include in the construction of buildings, maintenance work & repair, painting, installation of elevator, cleaning, decoration, etc.

1.The lifting of suspended scaffold must be performed according to standard operating procedure and the operator must be professionally trained.
2. When the safety rope does not work, any lifting is forbidden.
3. Other persons are not allowed to stay in the suspended scaffold during operation.
4. While two suspended scaffolds are connected together, there must be a safe and reliable synchronizer.
5. To ensure the safety, there must be two steel wire ropes (diameter is more than 12.5mm) adopted in suspended scaffold and the hook must be equipped with protecting device that prevents the objects being lifted from slipping.
6. The operator must wear the safety belt. And the belt should be hung on a reliable place. It is prohibited to hang it on the steel wire rope which is used for lifting.
